Lesley Visser: Number 1 Female Sportscaster in America
Lesley Visser '75 recalls undergraduate life at Boston College as a reporter for The Heights, and describes life as a sportscaster, working in a predominantly male field. She has worked on network broadcasts for the Final Four, NBA Finals, World Series, Triple Crown, Monday Night Football, the Olympics, the Super Bowl, the World Figure Skating Championships, and the U.S. Open. In July 2009 she was voted the number one female sportscaster of all time by the American Sportscasters Association.
