The Naked Corporation
Don Tapscott is coauthor with David Ticoll of The Naked Corporation: How the Age of Transparency Will Revolutionize Business (Simon & Schuster, 2003). In a lecture at the 2004 International Corporate Citizenship Conference, Tapscott talks about transparency—disclosure of information regarding finances, company operations, and performance—as a positive force leading to better business relationships among companies, higher quality commerce, and improved performance.
