John Jetsyn Taché '84 is a writer for the CBS program JAG, the longest running military drama in television history. He returns to campus as part of the “Master Class: Alumni in Residence” series, accompanied by JAG lead cast member David James Elliott (“Commander Harmon Rabb”). Taché and Elliott, who is also a writer and director, discuss the realities of building a career in the entertainment industry, from pitching a script and making contacts to avoiding Hollywood “vultures.”

The conversation is moderated by Michael Civille '94, a faculty member in Boston College's film studies program.
