Ronald Rolheiser, OMI, is a Catholic priest and General Councillor for Canada for his order, the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate. A theologian, retreat director, and columnist, he is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Seattle, as well as the author of several books, including Holy Longing.

In the fourth annual Evelyn Underhill Lecture in Christian Spirituality at Boston College, Rolheiser addresses the unique spiritual needs of those in midlife and beyond. Once we have achieved the basics of discipleship, he asks, and have "come home" from the early spiritual wanderings of adolescence, what next?

Rolheiser is introduced by Thomas Groome, director of Boston College’s Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry, and by Colleen Griffith, a theology professor and IREPM’s faculty director of spirituality studies.
