Lectura Dantis, a public reading of Dante's Divine Comedy, presents “Purgatorio XXXIII” with Franco Mormando, associate professor of Italian at Boston College. Mormando's discussion of the work is presented in English, while the reading of the text, by Carmela Merolla, a student in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, is in Italian.

This program is part of an ongoing public reading of the Divine Comedy organized by the Boston College Department of Romance Languages and Literatures and the Center for Italian Culture in Newton, Massachusetts.
