The ninth annual Mass Humanities fall symposium, entitled “Mind the Gap: Economic Inequality and Our Democracy,” explores economic, political, social, and public policy aspects of economic inequality in the U.S. Boston College hosted the day-long event.
Panel 3 is composed of James K. Galbraith, director of the University of Texas Inequality Project; Timothy Noah, senior editor of the New Republic; and Will Wilkinson, commentator for the Economist. Mark Santow, associate professor and chair of the History Department at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, is the moderator.
