IT Matters
Richard LeFave is senior vice president and chief information officer of Nextel Communications and the inaugural speaker in Boston College’s IT Executive Lecture Series. LeFave discusses his decade of experience at Nextel and the role of customer service on information technology in differentiating companies. He addresses the development of strategic opportunities for IT as a concern faced by all corporations.
LeFave is introduced by assistant professor of information systems Paul Tallon.
