Justice After Genocide

Pierre-Richard Prosper, a former ambassador-at-large who served in the U.S. secretary of state's Office of War Crimes Issues from 2001–05 and was a prosecutor on the UN's International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, discusses the process of pursuing justice following genocidal acts. James Kimonyo, Rwandan ambassador to the U.S., offers comments following the talk.
