Michael H. Jordan has been chairman of the board and CEO of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) since 2003. Prior to that, he served as chairman and CEO of CBS Corporation (formerly Westinghouse Electric Corporation), which he led through one of the most comprehensive corporate turnarounds in business history. In this talk, he discusses his methods in guiding EDS through the same process.
